We believe owners should retain more of their investment. We are able to save money by not paying a franchise fee to a large corporate firm and have instead created our own high quality brand. By doing this we are able to pass the savings back to our clients.

We offer excellent customer service, high quality online presence and professional marketing, pricing assistance and adhere to the Realtor Code of Ethics.

We offer a 1% Listing fee as the sales agent and a 2.5% fee for the buyer's agent (amount is negotiable). If we are to represent both the buyer and the seller we offer a 1% listing fee as the sales agent and a 1% fee as the buyer's agent.

  • Tenant Screening

    We do a complete tenant background check which includes personal calls to references and rent guarantors.
  • Rent Collection

    Tenants can pay their rent online with ACH or credit cards or can pay in person at our office, or use our 24-hour dropbox. We are diligent about tenants paying on time.
  • Maintenance

    We conduct inspections upon move-in and move-out that include documentation of the property’s condition and ensure all maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Financial Reporting

    With our detailed financial reporting tools, it's never been easier to keep tabs on your rental. Log into your owner portal to view statements and stay in tune with how your rental is performing.
